360 Vision Home Inspections will provide you with valuable knowledge about a home's major components and systems by conducting a thorough visual examination and assessment to detect defects and deficiencies so you can make a more informed decision. Home Inspections are intended to provide you with an understanding of the home's condition, as observed at the time of the inspection. 

Following the completion of your 360 Vision Home Inspection, you will be issued a detailed and comprehensive inspection report documenting the home's condition, as observed at the time of the inspection - tangible documentation of our findings. An electronic version of the inspection report will be sent to you via email within 24hrs of your inspection.

What is a home inspection?

A house inspection is a type of buyer protection. It is a formal survey of a house's structural and mechanical systems, performed before the sale of the house. These include the Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing and the Interior. Our goal is to identify and report fairly on the condition of the house indicating any existing major problems that would affect a typical purchaser's buying decision. Ultimately, it is your decision as to whether or not you buy the house.

My name is Fernando Guerrero, the owner/inspector of 360 Vision Home Inspection. I can provide a professional analysis of your home inspection. You will find my services are second-to-none. My services do not end with the inspections, but I can be referred back to for any building consulting needs.  Our inspectors are certified, experienced, trained, reliable and fully independent professionals who value the trust you have placed in us. Our responsibility is to you.

Inspection Fees

The cost of a home inspection will vary based upon a number of factors, including size, age, special services requested, etc. Typically, a residential home inspection from 360 Vision Home Inspection will cost between $275-$550 plus any applicable taxes, although the fees can go higher depending on the size of the house. We base our fees on a combination of the age and size of each home.

 up to 2000 sq.ft. 

Semi Detached

$500.00 + HST

  2001 sq.ft.  to 2500 sq.ft.

NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION / PRE-DELIVERY (PDI)

  Before you take ownership of your newly constructed home you will walk through the home with your builder. You should also have your home inspected by a qualified home inspector. Make sure your newly constructed house is complete and ready to move in to.
