What is a home inspection?
A house inspection is a type of buyer protection. It is a formal survey of a house's structural and mechanical
systems, performed before the sale of the house. These include the Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical,
Heating, Cooling, Insulation, Plumbing and the Interior. Our goal is to identify and report fairly on the
condition of the house indicating any existing major problems that would affect a typical purchaser's buying
decision. Ultimately, it is your decision as to whether or not you buy the house.
One of the main advantages of having a home inspection done by 360 Vision Home Inspection is that we're
always accessible to answer your questions!
Our inspectors are graduate students from Seneca College Home Inspection Program.
