Inspection Fees
The cost of a home inspection will vary
based upon a number of factors, including size, age, special services
requested, etc. Typically, a residential home inspection from 360 Vision Home
Inspection will cost between $220-$470 plus any applicable taxes, although the fees
can go higher depending on the size of the house. We base our fees on a
combination of the age and size of each home.
1. Home Buyers - Pre-purchase
Inspections start at
$308.19 (Townhouse / Semi-Detaches
up to 2000 sq.ft.) + HST,
$ 334.74 (Detached /Bungalows up to
2400 sq.ft.)+ HST,

2. Home Sellers - Pre-listing Inspections start at
$308.19 +HST
3.Larger/Older Homes - require more time and are
priced accordingly

Cancellation Policy
We recognize that things move quickly and
change often during the sale or purchase of a home and we maintain as much
flexibility as we can with our clients in terms of accepting cancellations. We
do however require reasonable notice from our clients for cancellations in
order that we may reschedule your cancelled appointment with another interested
client.
If a cancellation within 24 hrs of your
confirmed appointment occurs, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply
